How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent provider in our network. Addressedscript Pest Control is the introduction, not the service. The provider is a local business that inspects your home, explains what is going on and gives you a quote.

Because providers run their own businesses, each one has its own schedule, service area and way of doing things. That is normal. It also means you can compare.

What Happens on the Call

Start by describing the problem. Say what you saw, where you saw it and when it began. Mention your home type, such as a slab ranch or an older pier-and-beam house. Photos can help if the provider asks for them.

The provider may ask a few questions. Have you seen droppings or damage? Are there kids or pets in the home? Has the weather changed lately? Then you will talk about next steps, like an inspection visit.

Request a callback to check provider availability. Hours and timing vary by provider.

What to Ask a Provider

A short list keeps you steady. Try these:

  • Are you licensed for this kind of work in my state?
  • What do you think is causing the problem?
  • What will the inspection cover?
  • What products or methods do you use, and are they safe around pets and children?
  • How many visits might this take?
  • Can I get the quote in writing before work starts?
  • What happens if the problem comes back?

For termite, rodent and bed bug treatment work, ask what prep is needed from you. For wildlife removal, ask how animals are handled and how entry points get closed.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not lock you in. Ask, then decide. You can say no, ask for time or get a second opinion. A good provider will not rush you.

Prices vary by job, so treat any range you read online as a rough guide only. A written quote is the real number.
